Make your own amber jewelry
Make your own beautiful jewellery with the North Sea's 30-50 million year old gemstones. In the creative workshop you can enlist the help of one of our skilled “mermaids” to tie and put together a necklace, bracelet or perhaps a pair of fancy earrings. Choose a piece of amber, polish it until you think it has the look you want, and then make it the jewelry you want.
As something new, we also hold amber workshops during the summer, but please note that some weeks may be excluded. Stay up to date in our events calendar.

Location: Jyllandsakvariet, Kystcentervej 10, 7680 Thyborøn
Price: Entrance fee to the aquarium is required - in addition, materials are paid
Materials: We have many different materials available, you just have to choose and buy the ones you want to use for your jewelry. You can make earrings, bracelet or necklace. Material prices start at 50 kr.
Registration: Registration is not possible for this activity. There are a limited number of seats, but often the opportunity to get a seat a little later.
